SOLO is a unique standalone thermal transfer printing systems which allows variable data labels to be designed on a PC and transferred to the keyboard for independent printing. This makes SOLO ideal for warehouses, factories, production and packing areas or any situation where a PC is unsuitable.
The solution comprises a durable thermal transfer printer - either an industrial or desktop model, an intelligent keyboard with 1MB of onboard memory and SOLO studio - a feature-packed PC application allowing you to design your labels then transfer them to the keyboard at the click of a button.
To print, just select the name of your label from the list in the keyboard and enter the required information when prompted on the keyboard display.
SOLO Studio also offers many of the advanced features found in leading PC based labelling packages including a wide range of variable data types and database integration, including True Type fonts, barcodes, images, serial numbers and date/time information.
